Registrations are non-refundable but are transferred to any eligible candidate.

Cyber Executive Masterclass participants are responsible for ensuring EC-Council's CCISO eligibility requirements are met (https://ciso.eccouncil.org/cciso-certification/cciso-qualification-requirements). Participation in the Cyber Executive Masterclass waives the requirements for two domains, which reduces the experience requirements from five years of experience in five domains to five years of experience in three domains. Anyone who does not meet EC-Council eligibility requirements remains entitled to the full benefits of the program and will receive a voucher for EC-Council Information Security Manager (EISM) certification instead of a CCISO voucher.
