From Inspiration to Impact

CLASS-LLC began as a boutique consulting firm focused on Certified CISO training and risk consulting for a few key accounts. The company quickly expanded into global management consulting firm that provides executive education for board directors and corporate executives, strategic risk solutions for numerous industries, and delivers the annual Cyber Strategy Retreat® conference in Atlanta every July. The company continues to be intentionally different by customizing solutions that address the most important risk governance challenges our clients face without relying on compliance or checklists to define outcomes.

CLASS-LLC is more of a value partner than a service provider. Our primary mission is to educate, inform, and inspire excellence in risk governance. We do this primarily through training and strategy consulting that solves the most important risk governance problems facing the people we have the privilege of working with. This could be as simple as a small workshop or policy development. This could be as complex as a complete overhaul of corporate practices.

Everything is rooted in "Risk Governance"

Risk governance refers to the collection of frameworks, guidance, and practices that drive decisions about which risks are worth pursuing, how to identify and respond to risks that already exist, and which risks must be avoided. Unlike traditional risk management, which often focuses narrowly on operational or financial risks, risk governance takes a broader, more strategic view of risk and its impact on the entire organization. It considers the legal, political, economic, and social contexts in which risks arise and must be managed.

Since the beginning, every solution we provide has been designed to change behavior—the ultimate driver of risk reduction. This change results from formal academic training in our education programs, lessons learned through networking and collaboration at our events, and the coaching and transformation produced through our consulting services.

It started with a class that changed the game.

Our first solution was a custom training program based on CCISO from EC-Council. We tailored the content to meet the needs of the next generation of cybersecurity executives by ensuring key concerns like data privacy, governance, and management of enterprise risk were incorporated into the academic content.

Collaboration spawned an annual conference.

Breaking corporate silos and engaging all stakeholders in the same conversation led to an event that transformed the marketplace. No other event is designed to ensure board directors, business executives, and everyone responsible for enterprise risk actively engages in the risk governance conversation.

Everything led to a standard approach.

Evolving governance requires formal training that focuses on digital transformation and cyber insecurity as much as shifting economic factors and rising geopolitical risks. Our newest program develops risk governance leaders who can addresses these problems and more in the digital age.

Under Keyaan's leadership, a commitment to the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:2) allows a group of leaders with diverse experience and backgrounds to produce amazing results for everyone we serve. Actions centered on love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control equip us to treat all people well and solve the most important risk governance problems regardless of people's background, history, beliefs, or appearance.
