Keyaan J Williams
Founder & Managing Director
An MBA and JMT Certified Team Member, Keyaan followed a unique path to becoming a risk leader. The story begins with service in the U.S. Army as chemical weapons specialist. Later, he worked in communications security for the Army Reserve Command Headquarters. Then, he spent more than a decade in various IT and security roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta.
CLASS-LLC was founded with a vision to help global customers benefit from strategy, governance, and program management lessons learned throughout his career. Beyond security, Keyaan is known for his service as the Past President of ISSA International, Chair of the risk committee for a global ministry, and Founding Member of the Private Directors Association Atlanta Chapter.Connect on LinkedIn
Chief of Staff
As the Director, Professional Services at Cybersecurity Leadership and Strategy Solution, LLC., Steve leads a team of skilled security professionals who develop security programs that help organizations achieve their business goals while managing their cybersecurity risks at an acceptable level. Steve is a subject matter expert in the field of Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) for DoD supply chain Government Contractors. He guides DoD Government Contractors so they are prepared to respond to DoD contractor bids in the future by demystifying the new DoD CMMC certification process.
Personally, Steve was born in San Francisco, California. He is currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. He has four adult children, all successful living on their own. He and his wife are empty nesters and are “Loving It”. They recently succeeded in a long-time dream of purchasing a vacation home in Florida, where he and his wife enjoy watching sunsets on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast!Connect on LinkedIn
Director, Marketing & Community Engagement
Omar is the Marketing and Community Engagement Director at CLASS-LLC. Prior to joining CLASS-LLC, he was a Marine Management Consultant at NEXUS Coastal Resource Management Ltd. His experience includes detailed background research, outreach and event management, interviewing stakeholders and creating reports for both industry and government clients.
Omar graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Business with a Certificate in Aquaculture and the Environment from Dalhousie University. Omar then earned a Masters of Marine Management from Dalhousie University.Connect on LinkedIn
Director, Program Management Office
Leida is the Director of the Office of Program Management. Prior to joining the CLASS-LLC executive team she served in several leadership roles within program management, sales, and office management roles. She worked 5 years in the non-for-profit sector before spending 15 years in Human Resources. Working out of Atlanta, GA, Leida brings over 10 years of leadership, client services and delivery management experience. She has received recognition from both clients and employers for her ability to build and motivate teams, streamline processes and delivery a polished and timely work product.Connect on LinkedIn
Aside from the leadership team, we have a larger team of Cybersecurity Analysts who work on our federal and consulting projects. Our analysts are key members of the CLASS-LLC family reporting to the Director of Professional Services. They focus on information systems security and business requirements but also determine the appropriate design and implementation standard for information security projects and initiatives. These initiatives may include vulnerability management, threat hunting, incident response, compliance and risk management.
Marketing & Community Engagement Team
The MACE team is composed of marketing leaders, graphic designers, copywriters, video producers and sales professionals. The skillsets found on this team vary heavily which influences the MACE department's strategic goals. Our team is a key component in the success of our events and initiatives, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement. These initiatives are widely varied, including projects as large as our annual conference and as small as our regular updates on social media.
